Carroll County Maryland Dads Works Program – Every child deserves the opportunity to grow up with a supportive and involved Dad in his or her life. The Dads Works program strives to strengthen families by strengthening fathers: Helping Fathers Be Great Dads. Dads Works is a fatherhood program operated out of the Carroll County Family Center. It is designed to reach men in the areas of basic fathering and family life skills. Fathers are assisted in preparing for and obtaining employment so they are able to provide for themselves and their families. Services are provided free of charge for Carroll County residents.
