The more time that is spent dissecting, analyzing, and critiquing a design by the wrong kinds of people the worse that design gets. The same trend applies to the number of people involved in the design process.

Just want to ask a simple question to clear out my mind. I don’t have much knowledge on divorce, my question is which divorce coach is better to handle the situation a male or a female, or is there a male divorce coach?

This is a very clear explanation of how a Divorce Coach works. Not all states utilize the same model of Collaborative Law. Texas and some other states use a single, neutral divorce coach/communication consultant/mental health professional. Our coach seems to take on the same functions, but works as a neutral for both parties. The process is working well in Texas, which just demonstrates the flexibility of the Collaborative approach to family law. It’s great to see a blog focused on Collaborative Law.
